上海爱立信电子有限公司供应链部门招聘正式员工一名,主要负责订单管理工作,JD如下:
Job Description for Order & Deliery Officer
1.Responsibility
(1) Register customers’ orders;
(2) Seperating orders compared with forecasted record, and feedback order-forecast deviations warning to main planner;
(3) Handle shortage and allocation base on different customers’ demands;
(4) RMA registration and customer complain handling, and ralevent physical logitics arrangment;
(5) Timely communicate order confirmation as well as changes to customers;
(6) Coordinate with planner for optimal fullfillment of orders;
(7) Cooperate with SOM on Global demands allocation;
(8) Prepare shipment instructions to forwarders/ forwarder in-house staff;
(9) Coordinate with BPOW sales responsible when priorities between orders are necessary;
(10) Shipment booking with forwarders. Possess updated shipping information provided by forwarder, such as airway bill etc, and provided shipping documenation to customers as required;
(11) Register samle request and arrange apppropriate sample shipment to customers or appointed destinations;
(12) Maintain correct SAP customer related master data;
(13) Quarterly update price to all customers and Maintain the correct price in SAP system;
2.Qualification
(1) Bechelor degree and will graduate in June, 2014 ;
(2) Major in supply chain mangement or logistics preferred;
(3) Living in Jiading District preferred;
(4) Experience working with PC software;
(5) Excellent English skills ;
(6) Good communication skills;
(7) Good analytical ability ;
(8) Meticulousness and accountability;
(9) Good ability to cooperate and personal skills;
(10) Proactive and teamwork spirit.
